Our French manager confesses to loving this brie-type cheese, possibly more than French brie!
It is made with Fen Farm’s own raw milk and with a layer of raw milk mascarpone which is infused with delicious black truffles.
Once tasted it will be dreamt about, fantasised about and no-one will be satisfied until there’s some in the fridge. Be sure to serve it at room temperature, when the cheese will ooze off the cheeseboard and be irrestible. These boxes are treasured and sometimes even decorated after use.
Pair with Morgon Anthony Thevenet Beaujolais
