Description
Made by hand by Julie Cheyney in Hampshire, this cheese is inspired by St Marcellin, but it is younger and firmer. The texture is very creamy and the flavours are delicate with a lactic tang. There is no other cheese quite like it being made in Britain today.
Pairs really well with sparkling wines.

This artisan cheese has a wonderful taste and texture. The maker has just moved to Suffolk so as to get the best possible raw milk. It seems to taste even better than before.
