Description

This cherry red Spanish wine comes from La Seca vineyards near Valladolid, half way between Madrid and Santander, where the ground is pebbly and soil is clay – giving a mineral touch to the wine.

The climate – with high day time temperatures contrasting with low overnight temperatures – makes these Brunal grapes retain their acidity and aromas.

The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated in stainless steel vats, and fermented in French and American oak barrels for four months.

This creates a clean, bright, fresh red wine, with good acidity and perfect with any cheeseboard.
