Base tier: 25cm diameter

Fourth tier: Cornish Yarg
A fresh and easy-going cheese with a springy texture. Wrapped in nettle leaves for a beautiful effect.
Cow, pasteurised, vegetarian

Third tier: Truffle brie
Made by the Rouzaire family, the cheese is sliced open and spread with a layer of truffles, Mascarpone and creme fraiche. The lid is put back on and it is futher aged. The height of indulgence!.
Cow, unpasteurised, vegetarian

Second tier: Yorkshire Blue
A mild, blue cheese with creamy texture and delicate flavour.
Cow, pasteurised

Top tier:Ashlynn goat
It tastes dreamy with a delicious subtly lemon tang and earthy overtones.
