Description
This cheese was created by Ann and Andy Wigmore after their travels in Italy tasting Pecorino cheeses. A former microbiologist, Ann was able to bring a unique set of skills into her new role as cheese-maker. Although their soft, bloomy-rind Wigmore cheese is better known, we prefer the nutty sharpness of this hard cheese.
