Olive pasta sauce, sugo alle olive, is typical to puglia, the heel of Italy, where many table olive varieties grow. Our family producer uses fresh vegetables, their own stone milled extra virgin olive oil & local Rosate di Bitetto olives in this sugo. Heat the sauce gently and add to piping hot pasta, with freshly grated parmesan cheese as desired.
