Unlike most flavoured oils which have extracts added to the oil, this extra virgin olive oil is truly imbued with the zesty perfume and lively flavour of lemon by stone-milling the olives and lemons together.

The De Carlo family make their extra virgin oil from hand-picked, organically grown Ogliarola olives from their estate in Puglia. The Ogliarola olive is an old-fashioned Puglia variety producing an unusually sweet and subtle oil, which complements the delicate citrus flavour and perfume of the lemons. A delicious seasoning for fish, white meat, streamed and grilled vegetables, it can also be used in sauces and salad dressings.
