Description

Handmade by Charlie Westhead and Haydn Roberts in Herefordshire. This very special little goat’s cheese has a beautiful ash covered rind with mottled white mould, and a creamy almost mousse-like consistency.

Perfect with Bacchus, or a vin gris.
