This is the fifth generation of the Laserre family to make wine – so their expertise is second to none. They pick the Viognier grape early and ferment in stainless steel, rather than oak, to keep the wine fresh and zingy. It’s floral with stone fruit flavours like apricot and reminds of the exceptionally sunny climate the grapes are grown in.
