Description

One of the most well-known of the French goat’s milk cheeses, made in the Loire Valley. We tend to sell it when mature so the cheese is hard and dry with a sharp, slightly acidic flavour. It is very versitile and often grilled and added to a salad.

The traditional pairing for this cheese is Sancerre.
