Be prepared for a pretty sprinkling of dried blossom petals when you unwrap this beautiful cheese.

Made with the milk from Brown Swiss cows in the Allgäu region of Bavaria this is a German hard cheese which is smooth and moist, sweet and gentle. The cheese is covered in organic edible flower petals from the alpine meadows including dried cornflowers, rose petals, calendula, lavender, and herbs.

It’s a real crowd pleaser on a cheeseboard – not least because of how beautiful it looks.
